BAR TENDER

Stiffkey Red Lion is a family-owned public house on the North Norfolk Coast and we are currently seeking an experienced Bar tender to join our management team, capable of helping manage our busy Pub & Hotel and drive improvements for staff and customers.
This will be an exciting opportunity for a focused, experienced bar tender with strong inter-personal skills to help with the day to day running of a busy and popular traditional Norfolk Pub.
If you possess high levels of energy, excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with our team and guests, then join us working with a friendly and fun team at a fantastic location in North Norfolk.

Job roles:

• To be responsible for the smooth operation of a quality bar service in the Pub/Hotel
• To have excellent presentation and be passionate about hospitality and customer service and the delivery of an effective and efficient offer
• To be focused on the customer experience from entry to leaving the Pub/Hotel
• Ensuring safe, effective and efficient operation of the business
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the pub, both inside and out, so that excellent hygiene standards are maintained at all times
