JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes while ensuring the highest levels of service and cleanliness. Your ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations and restaurant policies.
