JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team, we are a busy pub specialising in cask and whiskey.
As a Bartender in The Vines, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service.
Christmas availability is a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions effectively.
  • Excellent bartending skills with the ability to create a variety of cocktails and beverages is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to engage positively with guests.
  • Understanding of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards in the workplace.
  • Christmas availability.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.

  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving guidelines to promote a safe environment for guests.
