Join our Restaurant Team as a Bartender, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property also recognized as a Relais & Chateaux property, also recognized by Forbes, Michelin (Two Keys), AAA 4-Diamond, and T&L’s World’s Best Hotel. The successful candidate must be able to lead, and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. As a Bartender you will:

  • Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Forbes, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.
  • Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages and adhere to guest special requests.
  • Be responsible for the service of guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders.
  • Have knowledge of Silverware Point of Sale system.
  • Have thorough knowledge of cocktails and ability to develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Bar.
  • Be responsible for inventory control & ordering.
  • Assist with Wine Cellar organization.
  • Work in a team environment and assist in The Pointe Restaurant as required.
  • Balance end of day financial transactions.
