Job Title: Bartender – Luxury Lounge

Shift: Evening/Night shifts – Weekends & Holidays required

ABOUT US:

We are an upscale nightclub and luxury lounge catering to an international clientele. Known for premium service, an electric atmosphere, and a high-end bar experience, we are looking for experienced and professional Bartenders to join our dynamic team.

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes
• Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium beverages
• Interact with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
• Provide suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences
• Ensure the bar area is clean, fully stocked, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
• Manage cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
• Work closely with waitstaff and other team members to maintain fast and seamless service
• Uphold a luxury service standard that aligns with the venue’s brand
  Requirements:
• Fluent in Russian & Arabic language skills are a strong plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a nightclub, bar, or luxury lounge (required)
• Solid knowledge of mixology, bar techniques, and alcohol safety standards
• Confident, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• High level of energy, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a proactive, guest-focused mindset
