The New! Tiller House, A Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Bartenders to maintain the property beverage service up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us “craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns”! Position Responsibilities: • Provide food service to guests as scheduled within outlets within accordance of service standards • Assist with food and drink preparation as requested by cutting fruit, mixing items, mixing beverages • Arrange serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups and paper products • Keep self serve items replenished • Keep serving counter and tables clean by wiping spills and removing trash • Washing serving equipment, china, glass and silver and return to storage after meal hours and functions, as needed. • Welcoming and friendly personality. • Operate POS including cash, room charges and credit cards as required by Hotel's standard operating procedures • Ensure all tables are properly cleaned, and dining area is vacuumed. • Assists department in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures for the safety of all guests and employees. • Maintain an inventory of needed supplies; keep all items at par level. • Comply with standards as outlined in the brand's food sanitation checklist. • Complete daily, weekly, monthly inventory, as needed • Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours. Responsibilities

Bartenders are responsible for maintaining beverage service according to brand standards and assisting with food and drink preparation. They will also ensure cleanliness of serving areas and assist in inventory management.
