Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards diligently to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Squirrel POS, for efficient order processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
