EXPERIENCED BARTENDER WANTED FOR LOCAL SPORTS BAR!

Location: Uptown Sports Bar
Position: Bartender
Compensation: Hourly rate + tips

ABOUT US:

We’re searching for a seasoned bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sports, great drinks, and delivering excellent service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of bartending experience in high-volume settings, preferably sports bars
• Expertise in pouring draft beers, mixing cocktails, and maintaining speed without sacrificing quality
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to keep up with high demand
• Knowledge of sports and enthusiasm for engaging with fans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle high-energy crowds and maintain a calm demeanor during peak hours
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Understanding of local alcohol laws and responsible service (TIPS/RBS certification preferred)

• Serve a wide range of beverages, from draft beers to cocktails, with speed and accuracy
• Create a fun and welcoming environment for sports enthusiasts, handling large crowds with ease
• Manage a busy bar during high-traffic hours, including game days, weekends, and events
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked, following health and safety protocols
• Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving guidelines
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, closing out tabs and balancing the till
• Provide fast, efficient, and friendly customer service, ensuring guests enjoy their time
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts
• Stay knowledgeable about sports events, games, and match schedules
