Requirements Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests. Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails. Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently. Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm. Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions. Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude. Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies. Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment. Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts. Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration. Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting). Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed. Reliable transportation required. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
