Job Description Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests. Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assists guests with their needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all Food and Beverage regulations. Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocol. Qualifications Minimum 2 years Bartending experience in a same or similar environment. High school degree or its equivalent. Impeccable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge. Passion for Food, Beverage and providing excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
