SKILLS

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
  • Excellent sales abilities to promote drink specials and increase revenue.
  • Fine dining experience preferred; familiarity with banquet service is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is essential.
