In deinem Profil suchen wir eine Person für die Leitung des Cocktailsangebot und Service. Jemanden die für den Management des Beverage Konzept verantwortlich ist, der in engem Kontakt mit dem Geschäftsführung arbeitet und direkt zum Erfolg des Projekts beiträgt.
Du wirst für die Führung des Teams, die Verwaltung der eingesetzten Ressourcen und die Verwaltung des täglichen Betriebs verantwortlich.
Eine gehörige Portion persönliches Engagement und Leidenschaft für die F&B Welt sind irgendwie erforderlich. Durch den Einstieg in das Projekt zu diesem Zeitpunkt hast du die Möglichkeit, die allgemeine Ausrichtung aktiv mitzugestalten.
Wir verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung in der lokalen und internationalen Food and Beverage Welt. Unser Team kann auf zahlreiche erfolgreiche Restauranteröffnungen in Berlin und Europa zurückblicken.
