EXPERIENCE

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is an asset.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability in sales techniques to promote beverage offerings effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to promote specials or new menu items, enhancing their overall experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly; ensure proper closing procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
