Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, according to established recipes and customer preferences. Including coffee, beers and tea.
• Interact with guests to welcome and seat them based on the reservation system.
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Waiter:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software (Lightspeed).
• Handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and resolve issues promptly.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.

Requirements

For Both Positions:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred.
• Must be of legal drinking age 18+ (for Bartender position).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Speak fluent English and preferably Dutch.
• Valid work permit and visa for the Netherlands.
