• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Keep up-to-date with drink trends and menu changes to provide knowledgeable service.
