We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional drinks in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience at our establishment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience (min 1 year)in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers and team members

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
