Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to provide an excellent guest-drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rates and tip potential. Bartending opportunities will be in our newly renovated and expanded ala carte bar, poolside bar and banquet/event bars. Experience preferred but not required. Job Duties/Learn How To: 1. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members and guests 2. Interact with members, take orders and serve food and drinks 3. Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations 4. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails 5. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies 6. Stay member focused and nurture an member experience 7. Comply with all food and beverage regulations 8. Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform 9. Responsible for cleanliness of work area 10. Other duties as assigned Reports To: Director of Food and Beverage, Bar Manager, Banquet Manager, WBCC Employment Benefits: 1. Competitive Wages. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour with tip potential. 2.
