At The Randolph, Oxford’s most iconic hotel, our bars are buzzing destinations serving expertly made cocktails, premium spirits, and a curated wine and beer selection. We’re now looking for an energetic, guest-focused Bartender to join our team and deliver drinks and service with flair and consistency.

• Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to brand standards
• Engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Managing stock rotation, garnishes, and prep ahead of service
• Handling payments and operating tills accurately
• Working closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service across the venue
• Following licensing laws, health, and safety standards at all times
