We are looking for someone to lead drinks across wine, cocktails and non alcoholic pairings. You will pour, prep, shake, stir and batch. This role goes beyond drinks. You will support the team in service and step up to run the floor when the Head Waitress is off. You will work closely with Chef Ben Chamberlain, who curates the wine list and produce driven cocktails.
Wild is evolving, and so will this role. Once you are confident in service, you will help drive the next stage of our drinks offering.
