REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.

  • Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail preparation is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • A commitment to food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
