OVERVIEW
Bull Burford is a Grade II listed 16th century inn in the Cotswolds with 18 bedrooms, three restaurants, bars and wellness spaces. Inside it sits Wild, a Michelin Guide listed restaurant offering an 11 course open fire tasting menu by Chef Ben Chamberlain. Wild is an intimate 10 seat dining room run by a three person team, focused on detail, rhythm and guest connection.
The Role
We are looking for the third member of our team. You will lead on drinks including cocktails, wine and non alcoholic pairings while supporting front of house service. Over time you will train across roles so service always feels seamless. The position suits someone with bartender, sommelier or mixologist experience, or someone looking to grow their hospitality career in fine dining.
