A little taste of your day-to-day: Ensures seamless operation of bar Assists to ensure constant updates of creative cocktail / mocktail offerings Assists to ensure trainings of beverage knowledge to entire team Ensures consistency in beverage preparation Ensures profitability of bar operation Provides customer service in accordance to standard operating procedures Ensures reordering, stacking, and cleanliness of bar area Anticipates guests needs by following service behaviour Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up Executes cash handling and banking procedures Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures Assists in the maintenance of service equipment Monitor standards of guest facilities and services Control stock and monitor security procedures What we need from you: Great communication skills Ability to work in a team and in different functions Warm and inviting personality Ability to think calmly under pressure Willingness to learn open-mindedly Passion of food and curiosity for something new Basic organisation skills in restaurant operation What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed, from a competitive salary that rewards all your hard work to a wide range of benefits designed to help you live your best work life – including impressive room discounts and some of the best training in the business. Responsibilities

The Bartender ensures the seamless operation of the bar, assists in updating creative beverage offerings, and maintains consistency in preparation while ensuring bar profitability. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, managing cash handling, and maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of the bar area.
