Job Description The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage service experience across the venue, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. This role supports daily bar operations, guest engagement, and compliance with RSA and workplace health and safety obligations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the bar for service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails Provide excellent customer service across bar, restaurant, and function environments Assist with the setup and service of functions and events Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash and card transactions securely Assist with stock control including monitoring stock levels and participating in stocktakes Support revenue growth through upselling and promoting venue products and services Assist with closing procedures and pack-down of bar and service areas Qualifications Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages A solid understanding of stock control processes Excellent communication and personal presentation skills Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service Confidence handling cash and operating POS systems A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Additional Information Local staff discounts along Hastings Street Generous accommodation discounts across 4,500+ Accor hotels in 110+ countries Exclusive staff discounts at Accor properties worldwide Access to world-class training and development through the Accor Academy Career growth opportunities across Accor’s global brand network Join the most dynamic and sought-after workplace in Noosa, where ambition meets opportunity and every day celebrates the best of coastal living.
