JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food service practices and the food industry.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
