Job Description If you live for the buzz of a busy bar, love crafting cocktails, and delivering memorable guest experiences, join us at Cibaria Noosa! What you’ll be doing: Serving guests with passion and professionalism, creating memorable Italian-style experiences. Crafting cocktails, aperitivos, and drinks with creativity and flair. Maintaining speed, quality, and consistency at the bar. Supporting team members and helping train new staff. Managing stock, inventory, and assisting with supplier relations. Ensuring compliance with RSA, health & safety, and operational standards. Qualifications Australian work rights and a current QLD RSA certificate. Fluent English (spoken and written). Minimum 2 years’ bar experience in busy venues; experience in fine dining or Italian-style bars is a plus. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and Italian aperitivo culture. Team-first mindset, positive attitude, and excellent people skills.
