JOB SUMMARY

The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
  • Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail math applications.
  • Experience in serving, food handling, catering, or banquet services is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed in the hospitality industry.

  • Oversee banquet services and catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies needed for front-of-house operations including menus, utensils, and cleaning materials.
