We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartenders to join our Promo Team for Highsman. This is not an acutal bartender job but the same social skills are nessessary to be sucessful in the role.

Highsman, founded by Heisman Trophy winner and NFL legend Ricky Williams, is hiring a Promo Team members and leaders to bring our products and vibe to life at dispensaries, events, and hangouts all over Massachusetts. This role is designed for students — flexible hours, strong pay, and major clout.

• Be the face of Highsman at dispensaries where our products are sold
• Make budtenders your biggest fans by educating them and hooking them up
• Show up to sporting events, nightlife venues, tailgates, and trade shows
• Give away food, merch, and product coupons to get people hyped
• Use our CRM to plan your week, book visits, and track performance
• Recruit friends or classmates to join your promo squad
• Collect sign-ups for Highsman’s loyalty program, giving customers the chance to win a VIP trip to the Super Bowl with Ricky Williams and other exclusive prizes
• Drive new followers to Highsman’s social media by connecting, sharing, and encouraging on-site tagging
• Post content to Highsman’s social channels from the field
• Prep your team, confirm their shifts, and keep everything running smoothly
• Work with sales and Marketing to identify new customers and oppourtunities to expand the brand awareness (and earn commissions)
