JOB DESCRIPTION: Base Manager – Seaplane Operations
Seair Seaplanes is currently seeking a dynamic individual to oversee all daily operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of flight services. This leadership role combines operational management, regulatory compliance, business sales, team supervision, community outreach, and the maintenance of a high-quality customer experience. The Base Manager is responsible for ensuring that all activities support the company’s safety culture, service standards, and business objectives.
LOCATION: Victoria, B.C.
TERM: Full Time, Permanent

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

· Oversee the customer service experience from check-in to boarding, ensuring a seamless and friendly interaction.
· Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 5 years in management operations
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and regulatory bodies.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols is considered an asset.

Seair Seaplanes has been in operation for over 30 years, providing a scheduled service and charter routes to the Southern British Columbia coast. Ranging in size, we operate 13 aircraft and maintain our aircraft with our in-house maintenance team.
