Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Base Manager/ Office Manager to join our team. We are an Aerial Applicator and this position will be require extensive travel to remote base locations. The position is located in Outlook Saskatchewan and it is for the 2026 aerial ag spray season from May to October 2026

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven management experience in an aerial field for a period of five years.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of account reconciliation processes
  -Knowledge of SOP and Aerial/Base Requirements
• Experience with Aerial Application
• Familiarity with Sage Accounting software
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently
  -Some sales and marketing experience is required
  -Ability to Travel and live a remote base locations for an extended period of time.
