Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Pitching and/or Hitting Instructor to help develop baseball players' mechanics, technique, and game understanding. This role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction in both pitching and hitting, with an emphasis on player development, safety, and fostering a love for the game. Responsibilities: * Conduct individual and group instruction on pitching and hitting fundamentals * Analyze player performance and provide personalized coaching and feedback * Create structured, progressive training plans to improve mechanics and consistency * Teach proper warm-up, recovery, and injury prevention techniques * Support players’ overall development in a positive and encouraging environment Schedule: Weekday evenings: Monday–Friday, 4pm–9pm Weekends: Saturday & Sunday between 9am–3pm Instructors can set flexible schedules based on availability, but consistent weekly commitment is preferred Opportunities for additional hours during clinics, camps, and tournaments Equal Employment Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Qualifications * Must have prior coaching or instructional experience (1+ year preferred) * Played at high school varsity level or above (college or professional experience strongly preferred) * Must be 18 years or older * Strong communication and motivational skills, especially with youth athletes (ages 7–18) * Ability to plan and lead both private lessons and small-group sessions * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
