Kidco is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Foundations Excavation team as our new Administrator. This position serves as the crucial link between the office and our field operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and is extremely organized.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and setting up jobs in our custom job tracking/costing software
  • Collecting, tracking, and inputting daily timesheets for employees and subcontractors
  • Calling and scheduling AB One Call locates for jobsites
  • Communicating and coordinating activities with multiple builders including scheduling digs, purchase order requests, payment statuses, etc.
  • Generating invoicing for multiple builders
  • Matching and comparing subcontractor timesheets with monthly invoices
  • Filing job-specific paperwork, hazard assessments, etc.
