We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered Basic Machine Operator/Medical Assistant to join our perioperative team in a busy office-based urology surgery center. The Basic Machine Operator / Medical Assistant is a hybrid clinical role that supports both direct patient care and diagnostic imaging services. Essential Job Functions: Perform Basic Machine Operator duties related to diagnostic imaging as assigned Support providers during patient exams, procedures, treatments, and imaging services Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for physician visits Take vital signs and obtain a brief reason for the visit Assist physicians with examinations and simple in-office procedures Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Support both front-office and back-office clinical operations Maintain patient confidentiality and follow strict HIPAA compliance standards Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations Requirements Required CPR certified Florida Basic Machine Operator (BMO) Education: Required High School or Equivalent; Certified MA (Preferred) Experience: Medical/urology office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
