WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with 4-5 years of experience to support our E-Commerce Manager in optimizing digital marketing campaigns and growing the business for all the brands in the BasicNet portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives, including paid advertising, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of creative and analytical skills to develop and execute effective strategies in collaboration with digital agencies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Proven experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, email marketing, display ads, A/B testing and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • In-depth understanding of current digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tools

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive sales growth for multiple brands
  • Work closely with various departments to define the e-store business plan
  • Collaborate with external agencies to manage paid advertising, SEO, and CRO campaigns, ensuring the success of digital initiatives.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including search engines, display ads, and social media channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and KPIs and report insights to the E-Commerce Manager
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
  • Support ongoing CRO initiatives to improve user experience, enhance conversion rates, and increase online sales
