PLAYER DEVELOPMENT:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual players and teams.
Conduct skill assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and areas for specialized training.
Provide technical instruction, demonstrations, and feedback to help players refine their fundamental skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and teamwork.
