This is a strategic position within the technology transformation function, playing a key role in enabling efficient software delivery, ensuring operational reliability, and driving innovation through automation and process improvement. You will help shape the future of non-production environment management, strengthen service performance, and lead teams and partners to deliver excellence within a dynamic, fast paced enterprise environment. Please note, this is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. What do I need? Commitment to best practices in version control, automation, and monitoring to improve delivery consistency and operational efficiency. Experience producing and maintaining clear technical documentation for integration designs, schedules, and dependencies (e.g., within Control M Enterprise Manager). Proven stakeholder management skills, working effectively with vendor teams, application developers, system administrators, and release engineers to enable smooth integration delivery. Capability in defining and tracking system performance metrics to ensure end-to-end transaction reliability across integrated systems. Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and analytics for integration workflows using Control M Insights, Splunk, or equivalent observability tools. Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for integration code using tools such as Git and Jenkins. Experience partnering with architecture teams to evolve traditional batch workloads into event driven or microservice based solutions. Experience supporting end-to-end integration across mainframe, on-premise, and cloud environments. Proven ability to collaborate with support teams to optimise batch schedules, reduce runtime bottlenecks, and consistently meet strict SLA windows. Strong experience integrating legacy applications with modern APIs and middleware platforms, with a focus on performance, reliability, and compliance. Demonstrated experience developing and supporting batch schedules, workflows, and dependencies using Control M for workload automation across mainframe and distributed environments. Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining mainframe batch interfaces and processing jobs using COBOL, JCL, and DB2, supporting core banking and settlement platforms. Why join us?
