Description We are seeking a skilled Batch Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the batch plant equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the batch plant equipment to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements At least 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining batch plant equipment required Must be proficient with basic math, including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure Experience with Command Alkon highly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to communicate effectively on radio/phone system Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
