They are also responsible for ensuring the oncoming shift packaging material and donors are in place with lines set-up for operation. To accomplish this, they must communicate with the Copack administrative staff, Packaging and Shift Supervisors, to identify and align with the shift needs. They have overall responsibility for their shift returns which include all packaging materials and donor products.   Shift:  Monday - Thursday 2:30am - 1:00pm Compensation:  $18.50 per hour  + $1.00 shift differential   Essential functions of the job * Review Copack Production Schedule to manage changes to daily activity * Assembles and distributes all production documentation, specifications and requirements for each line of oncoming shift * Provides Team Lead/Shift Supervisor support at start-up of new items * Generate pallet labels as needed * Provides additional Shift Supervisor support as needed when multiple issues arise * Clears all warehouse doors at beginning of shift to support closing and timely transfer of materials from warehouse. * Coordinates all packaging and material assignments and placement for the oncoming shift. * Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. * Must be able to cross train in other departments. * Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice as the business need arises. * Must be flexible to work on off days on short notice as the business need arises. * Other duties as assigned. Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance   #IND123 Qualifications Requirements: * Minimum of 1-3 years in a manufacturing or production environment * At least 1 year of that experience in managing or directing team activities or with direct supervision of people. * Must be able to work in a fast pace, high volume warehouse environment * Detail oriented * Ability to multitask * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong Team Player * Basic math skills, must be able to add subtract, multiply and divide without a calculator * Ability to read and write English to ensure proper interpretation of customer specifications and requirements. * Understands and demonstrates Good Manufacturing Practices. * Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice as the business need arises. * Must be flexible to work on off days on short notice as the business need arises.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education * Used RF technology * Experience with computers * Data entry   PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED * Bilingual English and Spanish * Operational experience preferred * Experience working with a variety of WMS
