Carefully read and follow batching instructions to weigh and measure ingredients accurately. Set up, operate, and monitor blending and mixing equipment according to designated formulas. Observe gauges, valves, and thermometers to ensure equipment is operating within proper temperature and processing ranges. Listen for and identify equipment issues (e.g., leaks, plugging) and report concerns to the Team Coach or Business Unit Manager. Measure and weigh dry ingredients and oils using English or metric measurements and scales. Receive and document incoming ingredients and bulk materials while following lot control procedures. Perform basic analytical testing on raw materials and finished products. Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure all residues are removed. Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and lot tracking documentation. Monitor batching inventory levels to ensure materials are available for efficient production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Safely operate forklifts as needed to move and supply materials. Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings. Requirements What You’ll Need Basic math skills for measurements and ingredient calculations. Ability to lift, carry, and empty containers weighing up to 60 lbs repeatedly. Strong attention to detail, organization, and observational skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
