Concrete Batcher | Dalby
Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results focused with awesome communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
Candidates from all industries (i.e. hospitality, logistics, agriculture, supply chain, commerce, fast food, manufacturing, mining, health) are encouraged to apply – we’re just looking for great people with a positive can-do attitude…we’ll teach the rest! If you do have batching or concrete experience that’s great but it is not a pre-requisite.
The Batcher role has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, with standard hours of work being 5am - 3:00/5:00pm, with all other hours being paid at overtime rates, including rostered Saturday mornings. Experience is preferred; however, training will be provided to successful candidates.
