We are seeking a dedicated Batching Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and be knowledgeable about FDA regulations. This position involves processing, packaging, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in food production or processing
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads as required

• Responsible for Organizing and weighing raw materials for specific batches/products
• Follows Batching SOP to establish a clean work environment with good through put
• Adheres to strict Allergen Control Programs/policies to eliminate/prevent cross-contact issues
• Follows GMPs and sanitation policies to ensure food safety regarding finished product and raw materials
• Fills out necessary documentation to ensure accurate lot recording for traceability
