Description

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position follows detailed processing instructions to pre-batch and blend raw materials to create a batch of industrial or architectural colorant. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment. Additional Information: Shift: Rotating Night 12s, 5:30pm-6:00am Night Shift Premium: Monday - Friday $0.40, Saturday $0.90, Sunday $1.15 This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
