We are a fast growing Winnipeg based bath and body products manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer. Our products are sold throughout North America directly or through our wholesale customers. In 2021 we opened our first retail boutique.
Our goal is to spread happiness and joy by creating affordable high quality bath and body products made with lots of love.
Our inspiration comes from our customers and the stories they share of giving the perfect gift, putting a smile on a child’s face or enjoying some me time after a long day.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a small team and every member performs tasks in all areas of the operation. This includes production of bath and body products, shipping and receiving, customer service and housekeeping.

• This is a hands-on role and involves regularly lifting weights of up to 15kg, and occasionally weights of up to 25kg, while following manual handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Perform repetitive motions such as mixing, pressing, squeezing, measuring, pouring and lifting.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and maintain a high standard of work.
• Read, write and communicate in fluent English.
• Attention to detail is essential in all tasks.
• Adaptable to an ever changing environment depending on work load / tasks.
• Able to take direction and constructive corrections during the training process and beyond.
• Assist in other departments when needed such as packing boxes , labelling products , wrapping and decorating
• Computer skills are not required but an asset to assist in other departments.
• Basic math- ability to calculate volumes /weights / percentages.
• Conduct duties with pride in workmanship.
• Contribute ideas to improving tasks / workflow - collaborate with coworkers.
• Able to work in a heavily scented environment that uses fragrances and essential oils daily.
• Positive attitude / work ethic / take direction

Hours are flexible with Monday to Friday daytime shifts.
Weekends and evenings are available once proven independant and able to maintain standards.
Prior leadership experience is an asset as the opportunity to lead the production team exists once training is completed.
