Bathroom Fitter required to start on 7th July on a kitchen and bathroom social housing scheme in tenanted and void properties in Grimsby. The contract is for 7 weeks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Installing baths/shower trays dependant on the property
• Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns

They require the candidate to perform the below;

• Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
• Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs
• Ability to work with vulnerable tenants

The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £21 per hour Umbrella/CIS or price work. There is street parking available.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Bathroom Fitter
• Social housing experience
• Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven’t worked with Fawkes & Reece before
