POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can create realistic, detailed, and inspiring 3D renderings of bathrooms using Chief Architect. You will play a critical role in helping our clients visualize their remodels before construction begins, supporting both our design and sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Chief Architect is required (portfolio of bathroom or kitchen renderings strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, finishes, and construction details.
• Ability to interpret measurements, layouts, and client design choices accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Develop accurate and visually compelling bathroom renderings using Chief Architect software.
• Translate client ideas, measurements, and material selections into professional 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with our design and project management team to ensure renderings align with project specifications and budgets.
• Deliver renderings on a timely basis to support active project timelines.
• Maintain organized project files and adapt designs based on client feedback.
