ABOUT THE JOB:
Tadhg O’Connor Ltd are now seeking to hire an experienced, career focused, ambitious and determined person to join our sales team. We currently have an opening for a Bathroom Showroom executive based in our Newcastle West Hardware store. Experience of the industry would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
YOUR PROFILE – YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
· Experience: You will have held a similar position in a retail environment (preferably bathroom sales). Experience and product knowledge within the bathroom industry will be an important factor.
· Hardworking, Conscientious and Self Motivated: Ability to focus efforts and energy on successfully achieving standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives.
· Delivering best in class service to our customers including expert advice on our products and services
· Assisting customers in choosing and designing their dream bathroom
· Selling to both retail and trade customers
· Produce appropriate customer quotations
· Ensure all quotations are followed up in a timely manner.
· Dealing with all customer queries including telephone queries, in an efficient and professional manner.
· Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness
· Managing point of sale processes, including cash, card & credit transactions.
· Adhering to policies and procedures for the security of cash and merchandise.
· Product coding, pricing, and updating of prices on goods for re-sales.
· Carrying out any additional duties as required to meet business requirements
