We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation. We will train you to repair other types of hard surfaces commonly found indoors in kitchens and bathrooms. QUALIFICATIONS Practical experience with a hands-on trade – Example include any part the construction, manufacturing, or painting process. Personal hobbies could work too! Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Color is a fundamental part of our work, and the ability to understand and manipulate color is crucial for success. Responsibilities

Technicians will visit multiple jobsites daily to repair, resurface, and paint bathtubs, showers, countertops, and other hard surfaces using a defined 5-step repair process. This role also requires providing outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate progress updates in the dispatch tool.
