Job Description The Batter Mixer Machine Operator is responsible for mixing corn dog batter and operating pallets of batter to production floor using proper equipment and procedures. This role works closely with the department supervisors, other department leads and processing Team Members, in order to accomplish accuracy within processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products. Essential Functions: Mix corndog batter by following proper mixing procedures to ensure quality corndog production. Ensure work area is clean and orderly. Maintain Proper Personal Protective Equipment. Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements. Must be able to follow proper mixing procedures. Must be able to provide required information for daily batter forms (lot #'s, temperatures, times, etc.) Must follow company GMP and Food Safety procedures. Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check. Must be able to read and write. Must have basic math skills. Must wear required personal protective equipment and clothing.
