ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Battery Bull Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe transport, replacement, and maintenance of industrial batteries used to power electric forklifts and other material handling equipment. This is a physically active role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely remove and replace forklift batteries in accordance with site procedures.
• Operate battery-changing equipment (Battery Bull) and associated MHE safely.
• Perform battery charging, watering, and general maintenance tasks.
• Monitor battery performance and report any faults or damage immediately.
• Ensure battery bays and work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant.
• Follow Safe Work Method Statement, Standard Operating Procedures, and all site safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of battery swaps and service logs.
