Reconcile costs and payment records, including invoices for battery repair and transportation. Manage documentation for engine re-registration and coordinate battery allocation. Control progress and execution of battery transfer orders for repair, loan, or exchange purposes. Monitor and recover battery assets lent or consigned to service centers. Prepare periodic reports on battery rental operations and asset utilization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in service operations, asset management, or after-sales support (preferably in automotive or EV industry). Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and contract management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
