REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as battery testing engineer
• Comprehensive knowledge of Li-ion battery technology
• Experience in conducting battery qualification tests, reliability tests, and performance tests
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry test standards
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python and MATLAB, is a plus

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for battery products
• Conduct testing on battery products to determine performance, safety, and reliability
• Analyze test results and identify defects and deviations from expected behavior
• Identify potential battery defects and propose solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance
• Escalate issues to management when necessary
• Maintain the testing lab and equipment
• Keep up to date with technical advancements in the battery industry
